7 STEPS TO MOVE FROM PARALYSIS TO ACTION

If the problem you face can be solved with action, it’s really simple. You DON'T have a problem. If you stay stuck, you’re the problem because you’re not taking action.
If you feel stuck in your job, that’s not a problem. You can take action by looking for a new job today. If you’re unhappy in your relationship, that's not a problem because you can take action through honest conversations, therapy, or changing your own behavior today. I really want you to have a breakthrough about this.
What problem can you solve today by taking action?
Try these strategies to motivate you to stop procrastinating and take action:
1. Divide your goals into smaller and achievable steps.
2. Know your limits.
3. Eliminate distractions.
4. Ask for help when you need it.
5. Find an activity that fills you with energy.
6. Keep a very demanding schedule.
7. Feel the fear in your stomach and do it anyway.
