Did you know that the process of smiling release endorphins, serotonin and adrenaline that helps to improve your health, and reduces physical and emotional pain.

Smiling has thousands of benefits which improve the way we feel, It can change our attitude. A smile has the ability to bring us closer to people.

I am not the only one that thinks smiling is a great idea. According to the World Health Organization, more than 90% of diseases have an origin related to the way we face conflicts, stress and frustrations.

1. HELPS YOU FEEL IN THE PRESENT

The A smile is associated with joy. It is an emotion which keep us living in the present and it may give you better opportunities towards the future.

I read a famous experiment about 180 people in U.S with similar lifestyle habits. 90% of them – the smiling ones – lived more than 85 years in contrast to 34% – the less happy group- Now you see!!!

2. CREATES CONFIDENCE

The smile is free and effective. It is more powerful than any makeup or accessory you can wear and it is more natural.

3. SUPPORT YOUR DREAMS

Since childhood, we are taught that to be mature we need to be serious. So, as we grow up we forget about our dreams, and the worst part… we forget to smile.

4. YOU ARE ABLE TO SHARE JOY, IT IS CONTAGIOUS

When we smile, we spread positive energy with people around us. Imagine a group of people with one serious man or women in it. The atmosphere it will create is a tense one. Now, imagine the same scenario but with a group of happy people who are smiling. Which group would you like to be a part of?

The smile causes the body to feel more calm and relaxed. Some experts stay that people who smile are less likely to suffer from stress and/or depression.

I want to challenge you, smile at every person that passes around you today.
